Core Responsibilities
- Reports to and is mentored by Lead Partner Doctor.
- Helps set tone in the office and builds and maintains office culture.
- Sets clear expectations and provides training and coaching to clinical team on clinical process and preferences.
- Markets to new attain new and maintain existing referrals.
- Examining, diagnosing, and treating the nerve and dental tissue of a patient’s teeth
- Administering anesthetics
- Performing root canals and various endodontic surgeries such as apicoectomies
- Addressing traumatic dental injuries
- Staying up to date with new trends
Qualifications
- Surgical experience preferred
- DDS or DMD with a completed certificate of Residency from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program.
