Endodontic Specialist

Specialized Dental Partners is seeking a highly skilled Endodontic Associate to join our team. As a key member of our dental practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

• Collaborate with our lead partner doctor to develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and productive office culture.
• Provide training and coaching to our clinical team on clinical processes and preferences.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain new and existing referrals.
• Examine, diagnose, and treat the nerve and dental tissue of patients' teeth.
• Administer anesthetics and perform root canals and various endodontic surgeries.
• Address traumatic dental injuries and stay up-to-date with new trends and developments in the field.

• Surgical experience is preferred.
• DDS or DMD with a completed certificate of Residency from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program.
