Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Learning & Development Intern who has an interest focused on editing training videos This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creating engaging training videos, as well as assisting the Learning & Development department in handling daily tasks related to training coordination. The idea candidate will have a passion for video content creation, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Use video editing software to edit firm training created specifically for e-learning.
- Design e-learning training through a course authoring tool by follow the vision of our technical subject matter experts and the L&D coordinator.
- Upload e-learning programs into the Learning Management System (LMS) to provide firm wide access to the training.
- Download recording of live trainings from Zoom and lightly edit to make an accessible reference video for anyone who missed the training.
- Update information on trainings in the Learning Management system (LMS) and internal records.
- Send reminders and communications regarding firm trainings via Outlook and LMS.
- Schedule firm trainings, orientations, and training preparation reminder through Outlook calendar.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; 1 year of college experience preferred
- Experience using video editing software (Descript or Camtasia) preferred
- Experience with interactive e-learning authoring tools (Lectora) preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic audit learning principles preferred

Compensation Range: $24.00/hr to $30.00/hr*
