Our Call Center Representative is on the front line of “first impressions” for Chad Love Services. You must have a positive attitude, a smile in your voice and a willingness to help as we pride ourselves on the service we provide to our customers.

Responsibilities (including, not limited to):

  • Convert incoming calls and emails into customers into booked service appointments

  • Perform outbound calls with customers/ Customer sales.

  • Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable

  • Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.

  • Be professional and establish the best customer relationships within the company

  • Maintain and update customer information within our system

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience:

  • Call Center: 1 year 

  • Customer Service: 2 years
