We make a difference by rescuing homes and businesses on Oahu that experience property damage relating to water, fire, mold, and biohazard. Job Position Description:
With a One Team mentality, you will perform services as assigned while following PuroClean production guidelines. Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our Lead Technicians assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial jobsites, as well as maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business. Our technicians take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets us apart from our competitors in the industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage customer satisfaction and representing the brand
• Regular vehicle/equipment maintenance and organization
• Handle all aspects of the production process
• Clean areas that have been damaged
• Wear personal protective equipment, as needed
• Always leave jobsites with a clean and orderly appearance
• Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians

Qualifications:

• Experience is preferrable
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Valid driver's license
• Pass a drug test
• Willing to work some nights and weekends
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time
• Reliable transportation to our office located in Waipio
