Job Summary

As an advanced UX/UI Developer at MIT45, you will be a key player in optimizing the performance and conversion funnels of our digital products. Your expertise will help us enhance user satisfaction and maximize user engagement through high-speed, intuitive interfaces that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative UX/UI solutions that ensure fast loading times and optimal performance across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and engineering to identify and solve UX problems that hinder conversion rates.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to conduct user testing and performance evaluations, making necessary adjustments to UI to enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Develop and refine user personas and journey maps, ensuring a deep understanding of user behaviors and needs.
  • Optimize existing user interfaces and pathways, focusing on funnel efficiency to boost user retention and conversion.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies, applying best practices in UX speed optimization and funnel management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, specifically with a focus on performance optimization and conversion funnels.
  • Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma) and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and metrics analysis software (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in e-commerce and understanding of e-commerce analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques and tools.
