As a Salad Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive fresh and delicious salads. Your responsibilities will include preparing ingredients, assembling salads, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Clean fruit and vegetables and mix ingredients as required.
  • Prepare side salads and menu salads according to menu descriptions.
  • Read and organize ticket orders promptly and efficiently.
  • Thoroughly clean stations and prep areas, following provided check-off sheets.
  • Properly store leftover products to maintain freshness.
  • Stock inventory and ensure all ingredients are readily available.
  • Comply with sanitation regulations and food safety standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with other kitchen and serving staff.
  • Be a team player and assist with other kitchen duties as needed.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs, operate kitchen machinery (age requirements may apply), and perform stooping and bending as required.

Requirements:


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to read and follow ticket orders.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform stooping and bending tasks.
  • Willingness to assist in various roles within the kitchen.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
  • Understanding of sanitation regulations and food safety standards.
