Our client seeks an Engineering all-star to help take them from $10 million a year to $100 million a year, so there will be plenty of room for growth

Responsibilities:
  • Using your carefully honed skills, you will design and execute Windows GUI applications in the Windows WPF .NET Framework.
  • Careful attention to detail to write clear, concise, structured and well-documented code while collaborating with a highly talented engineering team of varying disciplines.
  • Specification development, code development, design documentation, unit testing, debug, and design verification of software in accordance with our IEC 62304 based software development process.
  • As part of this highly collaborative and success driven team, you will help resolve new and existing technical issues; Possess exemplary interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with a Bachelors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent degree.
  • Ability to program in the following programming languages: C, C++, and C#, Windows .NET framework.
  • Expertise designing and developing GUIs.
  • Strong understanding of Databases: Entity Framework Core for Database programming, SQL.
  • Proficient with communication protocols including TCP/IP, and interfacing with Peripheral Devices via Serial Communication Protocols (e.g. RS-232), Ethernet, and Digital I/O.
  • Ability to read and understand schematics, data sheets and specifications describing electrical and electro-mechanical hardware.
  • Experience with software engineering best practices including estimation, design, testing from the unit level to the system level, configuration management (Git), change control, and issue tracking.
