Position Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect with Development Experience to lead our comprehensive ServiceNow implementation project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, SPM, and APM modules. This role requires a strategic thinker and technical expert who can drive the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of the ServiceNow platform.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Architecture and Design:

· Design and architect scalable, flexible, and integrated ServiceNow solutions.

· Develop a strategic roadmap for the implementation and expansion of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, SPM, and APM.

· Ensure the architectural integrity and optimal performance of the ServiceNow platform.

Development and Implementation:

· Lead the development of custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.

· Create and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and data policies.

· Oversee the development of custom widgets and pages for Service Portal using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Project Leadership:

· Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.

· Lead the technical implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.

Integration and Automation:

· Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

· Automate business processes and workflows using ServiceNow capabilities such as Flow Designer and Orchestration.

Governance and Best Practices:

· Establish and enforce best practices for ServiceNow development, configuration, and management.

· Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with architectural standards and organizational policies.

Documentation and Training:

· Document architectural designs, system configurations, and development processes.

· Provide training and knowledge transfer to technical teams and end-users.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.

· Extensive experience with ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, SPM, and APM modules.

· Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Glide API.

· Proven track record in leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations.

· Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

· Required Certifications:

o ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

o ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

o ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in one or more modules

o ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or equivalent (preferred)

Compensation and Benefits

The projected compensation range for this position is $155,000 to $180,000 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
