WHAT YOU WILL DO:
We are searching for a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to work closely with our Marketing Manager as an actuator and collaborator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, be well-versed in the latest digital marketing trends, and possess a proven track record of driving successful online campaigns. As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Total Tool, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Oversee the strategy and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM (paid search, display, video and social ads), email marketing, social media management, and content marketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage social channels and user engagement on LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings.
  • Stay abreast of SEO best practices and algorithm updates, implementing changes to enhance website visibility.
  • Design and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and engage with existing customers.
  • Monitor email performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance deliverability and engagement.
  • Create engaging and relevant digital content, copy, videos, and blog posts.
  • Passionately defend our brand while promoting it both externally and internally.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future marketing strategies.
  • Co-manage corporate and e-commerce site UX design changes, site updates, product additions, and promotional releases.
  • Update listing management tools such as Google My Business, Apple Business Connect, etc.
  • Manage all end-user reviews and company voice.
  • Collaborate with agency partners, vendors, and stakeholders to communicate company goals and achieve comprehensive marketing objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • Hardworking, Humble, and Hungry
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field, preferred.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Proficiency in SEMrush, MailChimp, and WordPress are not required but preferred.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong and meaningful relationships with colleagues.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and reprioritize as business needs change.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work well in teams.
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once while meeting tight deadlines.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • This is a primarily sedentary role, requiring sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer. 
  • Employee must be able to communicate effectively in a typical office environment with a standard level of office noise. Occasional standing, bending, walking and lifting are also required.
