Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for multiple clients.
- Advising on payroll-related tax regulations, and assisting with employee benefits administration.
- Guiding clients on payroll compliance and best practices.
- Processes client state tax registrations for payroll-relates taxes.
- Partnering with clients and their HRBP to solve state tax notices.
- Auditing and optimizing clients' HRIS/payroll systems for maximum efficiency.
- Lead client implementation of new payroll/HRIS platforms.
- Familiarity and experience in multiple payroll systems will be critical to success in this role as well as the aptitude and willingness to learn new ones.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $22-$27 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Quarterly Revenue Share: As a client-service employee, you'll be eligible to participate in our client revenue share program.
- Paid Time Off: We offer employees a generous paid time off package that includes 10 days of PTO, 5 sick days, 4 mental health days, plus 12 hours per year or time away for doctors appointments.
- Paid Holidays: We offer 12 paid holidays per year plus your birthday off as a holiday.
- Insurance: Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances.
Experience & Qualifications
- Associate's Degree is Business Administration or other related field.
- Prior experience as a payroll coordinator or specialist.
- Experience in at least 2 of the following HRIS/payroll platforms: Gusto, BambooHR, Rippling, ADP WFN, Paychex Flex, iSolved, Paylocity, Trinet/Zenefits.
This is a career-level WFH, remote opporutnity. We are a US-based company, and you will be requested to go through our interview and hiring process and provide proof of your eligibility to work in the US.
