OBJECTIVES

  • Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to the needs of retailers, showcasing the value of our products/services. Introduces promotions and new products to customers. Provides recommendations according to customer needs or preferences
  • Client Relationship Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Market Research: Identify potential retailers understanding their needs, market trends, and competition. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and collaborations.
  • Learning & development - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the team.
  • Cross team collaboration - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Sales Reporting - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation -  Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, cold calling, email outreach, and networking
  • Mentor and support junior sales associates, fostering a positive and productive team environment.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Proven track record of success in commissioned sales, preferably within the retail health and wellness industry.
  • Experience in B2B & B2C
  • Ability to adapt to different market dynamics and customer profiles.
  • Minimum 4 years experience
  • Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Readiness to report to the office 5 days a week (Mondays - Fridays 9 am - 5 pm CST)
  • This position will require you to physically attend events, trade shows, etc within the Mckinney area
