Shift: 1st Shift (7am – 3pm, Mon – Fri)

Pay Rate: $14.50/hour

Location: Woodstock, GA / OTP Metro Atlanta Area

Employment Type: Full-time, Entry Level

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Hard Hat Catchers/Packers. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Job Summary:

The Molding Department Operator catches and packs hard hats and related pieces after they are molded. The operator catches the parts as they come out of the molding machine inspecting them for quality, assembles or clips parts, then packs them into boxes for shipment. This role is primarily a seated position and requires attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately. The molding department may be hot and noisy and possibly for the entire 8 hour shift.

Key Responsibilities:

- Catch hard hats as they come out of the molding machine.

- Inspect hard hats for any defects or quality issues.

- Pack inspected hard hats into boxes, ensuring they are properly secured for shipment.

- Stack packed boxes on pallets according to company standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

- Communicate any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications:

- No previous experience is necessary; warehouse experience is welcome.

- Must be able to sit for long periods while performing repetitive tasks.

- Must have reliable transportation to work, we are not near public transportation.

- Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
