Your responsibility will be to produce results and close deals over the phone. This role is pivotal in identifying and securing lucrative real estate investment opportunities. As the Acquisitions Sales Specialist, you will need to possess strong persuasion skills to turn seller leads into deals, strong listening skills, and have sales experience talking to people over the phone. Position:

  • Full-time
  • Virtual


Responsibilities:

  • Talk to Sellers over the phone and negotiate to buy the property.
  • Build rapport and develop relationship with sellers looking to sell their vacant land.
  • Qualify leads, contact sellers, attend virtual appointments and submit offers.
  • Manage leads and follow up with prospects.
  • Proactively follow up with leads generated through our company marketing.
  • Negotiate deals and manage the sales process, including contract negotiation, due diligence, and closing.
  • Run comps (property valuations), market analysis, and due diligence to determine the potential value and profitability of each property.
  • Meet all Acquisition Sales Specialist Key Performance Indicators.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.


Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma, preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient time management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and listening skills, required.
  • Great customer service, relationship and rapport-building skills.
  • Experience selling and closing deals over the phone.
  • Real Estate experience preferred, not required.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
  • Excellent work ethic.


Compensation:

  • $3,000 base salary per month + 8% commission per deal closed.
