Responsibilities
Record all Clubs financial transactions accurately and ensure that entries are posted correctly in the accounting system.
Perform bank reconciliations that ensures transactions are accurately recorded/ discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
Perform general ledger accounting and maintain financial records.
Support the month-end and year-end close processes
Assist with internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations of financial transactions.
Participate in special projects as needed.

Professional Qualifications
  • Must have 3-5 year experience as a Staff Accountant as well as Finance knowledge managing tasks and projects to timely completion.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and concepts, including debits/credits & accruals
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when recording financial transactions and preparing reports.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadline.
  • Outstanding Excel skills
  • Education: Major degree in accounting
