What we're looking for:

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Florence, Kentucky. This position will float between two communities in the area: Windridge Townhomes and The Boulevard. As a Maintenance Technician at Ackermann Group, you will be responsible for:

  • Trouble-shooting resident service issues including, HVAC, general appliance work, electrical, plumbing, etc.
  • Ensuring the completion of all market-ready apartments, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance activities, and community inspections
  • Responding to maintenance work orders and following up with residents and office staff
  • Working with other members of the maintenance team to ensure that both the interior and exterior of the property meet company standards
  • Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with emergency on-call rotation as designated by the Property Manager

The ideal Maintenance Technician will have:

  • 1 or more years of related experience that demonstrates a broad knowledge of general maintenance
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
  • HVAC certification is a plus
  • A valid driver's license with proof of insurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
