Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Location: Maple Grove, MN (In Office)

About the Role:

We are looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our Industrial Rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate has experience in orthopedic and/or traumatic brain injury treatment, with a focus on functional rehabilitation and return to work. Experience in pain neuroscience education and motivational interviewing is a plus. Our client is committed to training the right candidate who demonstrates a passion for helping patients achieve their best possible outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services, including assessment, planning, and treatment of patients with orthopedic and traumatic brain injuries.
  • Focus on functional rehabilitation and return-to-work programs.
  • Educate patients on pain neuroscience and employ motivational interviewing techniques.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment.


Requirements:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist.
  • 1+ years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably with a focus on orthopedic and/or traumatic brain injury treatment.
  • Strong interest in functional rehabilitation and return-to-work programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • US Citizen, Green Card holder, or permanent resident (no visa sponsorship available).


Compensation:

  • Competitive salary up to $85,000 annually.
