We are seeking a professional & enthusiastic Full Time Service Administrator for D'Addario GMC/Buick/Cadillac. We are a family owned and operated Auto Group located in Shelton, CT.

Schedule (subject to change) 

Monday-Friday 7:45am-4:45pm and every other Saturdays 8am-4pm (or every Saturday 8am-4pm with a day off during the week)

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr.-$22.00/hr. based on experience

Role Responsibilities include, but not limited to - 

  • Work alongside Service Advisors and near Service Technicians in our GM Service Department 
  • Answer phone calls from customers 
    • Provide customers helpful recommendations 
    • Schedule service appointments
    • Take detailed notes and strive to solve customer concerns
    • Follow up with Advisors on Customer Concerns/New Appointments 
    • Call back customers to confirm appointments
  • Track rental cars and communicate with Service Manager
  • Close some internal or warranty repair orders as needed
  • Cover Service Cashier office 2 hours per day (and rotating Saturdays)
    • Prepare coffee at 8am for Service Lounge
    • Accept payment from Service/Parts and close repair orders/parts tickets
  • Take on additional tasks as needed to support Service Advisors
    • Write RO's, sell to Customers, Grow our Brand
  • Handle some clerical responsibilities for the Service Department

Basic Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Connecticut driver’s license with a clean record
  • Background check and drug screen required prior to hire
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment required.
