Love Real Estate but not sure where to start? Work for our top-producing property management company that will give you the leads and all you have to do is convert and close. We are looking for an experienced Showing Agent to contact prospective tenants and show rental properties.

This is an hourly W-2 position with a minimum of 30 hours per week. A real estate license is not required.

Compensation:

$15 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Contact Prospective Tenants: Reach out to and follow up with potential tenants through phone calls, emails, and messages to schedule property showings and answer inquiries
  • Show Properties: Conduct property showings for prospective tenants, highlighting the features and benefits of each property
  • Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service to all prospective tenants and clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
  • Coordinate Appointments: Organize and manage the showing schedule to ensure efficient and timely property visits
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as updating property listings, maintaining client databases, and preparing leasing documents
  • Sign and Lockbox Placement: Install and maintain signs and lockboxes at properties to ensure visibility and accessibility
Qualifications:
  • Can spend a large amount of time driving
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
