National Accounts Online Coordinator

We are looking for a full-time, experienced and self-motivated National Accounts Online Coordinator to join our Traditional Sales Team to drive sales through big box hardware eCommerce marketplaces (US, Canada, Mexico). This position will be responsible for managing listings, optimizing product visibility, researching new opportunities, analyzing data, and growing revenue through big box hardware channel. This role coordinates with all internal and external customers and vendors to meet the deadlines, budget, and strategic objectives.

Hampton Products, located in south Orange County, CA, is a privately-owned, middle-market branded consumer products designer, developer, and marketer of innovative products in the security hardware, decorative hardware, storm and screen door hardware, and automotive accessories categories.

Main responsibilities will be to:

  • Establish and deliver sales goals, providing regular forecast updates to monitor progress against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Launch, maintain and improve product listings across all big box online marketplaces, ensuring products are both accurate and compelling to incite consumer purchase.
  • Develop an understanding of each marketplace partner’s customers, business, and marketing, leveraging that knowledge into strategies that garner an advantage for Hampton Products.
  • Implement marketing campaigns within each marketplace, developing business plans with clear growth goals and ROI analysis (Help Manage Incremental marketing funds).
  • Track and manage sales budget, monitoring ROI against spend and providing recommendations to increase, decrease or reallocate spend driven by performance analysis.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide insight and recommendations on next-phase strategies.
  • Track online POS metrics, including sell-in, sell-thru, product reviews, return rates, etc. and provide performance summaries and reporting against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collect, enter, and manage product data in company and customers databases; including Internet, Intranet, SharePoint, AX and other customer data base programs as assigned.
  • Enter all required information in customer databases or spread sheets for new products and or product changes.
  • Assist in New Item Set-up sheets for store and online products by obtaining HPIC products specs from various departments to complete forms correctly and timely.
  • Execute and manage all data required online metrics through retailers preferred system.
  • Monitor IDM system and dispute any fees that may occur.
  • Onboard new items and maintain existing items.

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or combination equivalent experience and education required.
  • 2+ years of eCommerce, Customer Service or experience, preferably managing eCommerce business models.
  • Experience managing customer feedback and nurturing individual customer relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and in-person.
  • A customer service-oriented mindset, sympathetic to the wants, needs and expectations of the customer.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, with the ability to think and act strategically.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills with an ability to derive meaningful, actionable insight.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with eCommerce, marketing, IT, operations and customer service teams.
  • Strong project management skills, self-starter and accustomed to leading projects with little supervision.
  • Trade Stone experience is a plus but not required.
