We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team at Lou Bachrodt Automotive Group. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our information technology infrastructure and operations across multiple locations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems including networks, servers, databases, and telecommunications.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement and manage security measures to safeguard our systems, data, and networks. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and investments in technology.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • IT Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • User Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users across the organization. Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and concerns.
  • Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain plans for business continuity and disaster recovery to minimize downtime and data loss.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports for senior management on IT performance, projects, and initiatives.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management roles, preferably in a multi-location environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in IT systems, infrastructure, and security protocols.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management within an IT context.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
