- They have to take a technical assessment, then the client will personally go over 20 technical development questions with them over video to ensure they know the test, and can answer the questions.
- To qualify for the job they'll also have to have a detailed project resume a list of bullet points and companies is not even close to enough.

Required Qualifications:

- Strong Python programming skills, with experience in building applications and integrating with databases.
- Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with working with JSON data structures.
- Proficiency with tools such as GIT, VS Code, and Postman.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with three days in the office per week.
Experience Not Needed:
- We do not require or utilize skills in ETL tools like Informatica or big data technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Candidates with extensive experience primarily in these areas will not be a good fit for these positions.
