What would you do as a Conference and Event Manager

As a Convention Services Manager with Legacy Hospitality, your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating event logistics, managing client relationships, overseeing setup and breakdown, and ensuring the seamless execution of conferences and events. You will collaborate with various departments to meet client needs, maintain event budgets, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Your empathetic and respectful approach will be vital in providing exceptional service and resolving any challenges efficiently.

Additionally, your authentic and compassionate communication style will enhance client satisfaction and drive the success of each event. In our energetic and engaging work environment, you will have the opportunity to showcase your event management skills and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests and clients.

What matters most

To excel as a Convention Services Manager with Legacy Hospitality, you will need experience in hotel management or a related field. Proficiency in event management software and tools is essential for coordinating logistics effectively. The ability to handle the physical demands of the role, such as setting up event spaces, is crucial.
