Position Overview

The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for the management of the Company’s eCommerce store front. This role reviews and analyzes trends to ensure the store front is reaching the largest possible audience, partners with the Marketing team to tailor the storefront accordingly,and manages aftersales issues to ensure a timely resolution.

Job Type: Full-time Onsite. Remote is not allowed.

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement a robust eCommerce strategy to drive sales growth
  • Optimize our website for SEO to increase organic search rankings and traffic.
  • Analyze data to understand customer behavior and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage online product catalog, ensuring all product information is accurate an up to date.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
  • Develop analytics on the ecommerce business to yield improvements.
  • Provide analysis of key business metrics and site performance.
  • Partners with Operations and Warehousing teams to ensure proper levels of inventory are available.
  • Addresses customer concerns. Partners with Operations team to ensure timely resolution and communication to customer.
  • Report and escalate systemic issues as necessary and in a timely manner.
  • Manage Shopify system, process orders into the company’s internal systems for fulfillment.
  • Communicate across functions when timing and/or strategy shifts occur.
  • Serve as a highly visible internal evangelist to the marketing, IT, sales, and transformation organization.
  • Performs additional duties as required by Management

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience as a eCommerce Manager, or experience as an individual contributor managing eCommerce sales required.
  • Experience with Shopify required. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent required.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese preferred.
  • Must be available to respond to client or team concerns at night or on weekends, as required.

Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators.
  • Ability to make decisions independently, analyzing trends and ensuring the Company’s eCommerce platform is reaching the appropriate target audience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, CPG or Cannabis spaces preferred.
  • Ability to effectively problem solve, multi-task and effectively manage time to deliver results.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a regular, full-time exempt role. In accordance with California Law, the pay range for this role is between $90,000 and $95,000 annually.

Additional compensation, including bonuses, are subject to eligibility and grade level of the position.

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment
  • Eligibility for Paid Sick Time and Vacation time after 90 days of employment
  • Eligibility for our 401K plan following 90 days of employment.
