This is a remote role

AAPC is looking to fill an administrative marketing project coordinator position supporting AAPC’s local chapters and membership team. This individual will bring a strong organizational skillset, capable of coordinating multiple projects at one time and coordinating work with assigned stakeholders. The support offered will help AAPC both inform and engage chapter officers and enhance their experience as well as support member engagement with AAPC from both a national and chapter perspective. This is an ideal position for an individual with a creative spark willing to impart their creativity and professional communication skills in our effort to build upon our success and support for chapter officer and member engagement.

 Responsibilities:

  • Survey administration: implement the gathering and analysis of membership feedback and data in coordination with marketing manager
  • Tuesday Newsday: ownership of recurring weekly updates to local chapter officers
  • Newsletter creation: assist in the writing and development of monthly local chapter newsletter
  • Creative request oversight: work closely with marketing manager to oversee the submission of creative requests and ensure timely completion
  • Write and send additional select communications: craft and send certain messaging in partnership with marketing manager for smaller, targeted groups
  • Oversee the implementation of assigned initiatives, working with stakeholders to ensure messaging, surveys, zoom meetings, etc. are in place.
  • Reporting: ability to run reports and correctly identify recipients for various messaging
  • Ordering AAPC branded products for promotions and adhere to an assigned budget
  • Coordinating projects and tasks assigned to support member engagement and chapter officer initiatives

Required Skills:
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills (technical or marketing-related writing experience preferred).
  • Adaptable and quick-to-learn new and varied business software platforms.
  • Knowledge of creative design best practices, preferably having experience producing graphic marketing assets.
  • Demonstrates strong project management skills and follow-through.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Works well in a collaborative, team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Demonstrated computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
