Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients for pizzas and other menu items, including chopping vegetables, measuring sauces, and preparing dough.
  • Pizza Assembly: Assemble pizzas according to recipes, including applying sauce, cheese, toppings, and baking to perfection.
  • Cooking: Operate pizza ovens, follow cooking times and temperatures, and ensure pizzas are cooked to the highest quality standards.
  • Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper handling of food items and equipment. Follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels, reporting shortages, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, and perform routine cleaning and maintenance as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed.
  • Customer Service Support: Interact with customers to address special requests or concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction with the food.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 35 pounds.
  • Capability to work in a hot and busy kitchen environment.
