Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an integral part of our sales force, you will be responsible for expanding our client base by selling fryer cleaning and used cooking oil removal services to commercial kitchens across various sectors. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that contribute to their operational efficiency and sustainability goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential clients in the food and hospitality industry.
  • Conduct site visits to understand client needs and demonstrate how Filta's services can address their specific challenges.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, from initial contact through to service implementation and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and environmental regulations that may impact clients.
  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and other activities to promote Filta's services and brand.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food service, hospitality, or environmental services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, with a drive to succeed and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to travel locally to meet with potential clients and attend events.
  • Valid driver's license, a clean driving history, and reliable transportation.
