Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Program Specialist who is responsible for the launch and execution of key initiatives and programs to RSVP Franchise Members to ensure consistency and participation. The RSVP Program Specialist will work closely with other team members to document processes, package materials and determine key performance metrics to assess success and adherence to program objectives.

Essential functions
  • Product Learning and Development:
    • Undergo thorough training to develop a foundational understanding of our direct mail products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
    • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of our products, industry trends, and best practices in direct mail marketing.
  • Market Research Support:
    • Assist in gathering and analyzing market research data to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform product development strategies.
    • Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product performance and customer satisfaction and contribute ideas for improvement.
  • Client Assistance:
    • Provide basic support to clients regarding product inquiries, troubleshooting, and general guidance on product usage under the supervision of senior team members.
    • Assist in gathering and organizing customer feedback to help identify areas for product improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Support the creation and maintenance of product documentation to facilitate Franchise Member education.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to support product initiatives and address Franchise Member needs.
    • Aid the training team by providing them with basic product information and assisting in the preparation of training presentations.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative and logistical support for product launches, campaigns, and other initiatives as needed.
    • Administer Franchise Member annual meeting
    • Offer meeting and webinar support as needed
    • Various order entry, dashboard management, and reporting crucial to brand success

Work Environment
  • Professional corporate and team-oriented environment
  • Hybrid work schedule with at least 2 days each week in office

Required education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Passion for marketing and eagerness to learn about direct mail marketing principles and product management.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new software tools as needed
