TriStarr’s client, a Lancaster city non-profit, is looking for an Executive Admin like you to join their team If you excel in managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling sensitive information with discretion, we want to hear from you.

Executive Admin Responsibilities:
 
  • You will manage the CEO's calendar, emails, and appointments.
  • You will prepare meeting materials with accuracy and timeliness.
  • You will conduct research and compile information as needed.
  • You will handle confidential files, expense reports, and purchasing tasks.
  • You will support special projects and events.
  • You will organize board materials and meeting minutes.
  • You will assist in governance-related document preparation.
  • You will provide exemplary donor stewardship and conduct donor research.
  • You will schedule donor meetings and maintain donor records.
  • You will handle other duties as assigned.


Executive Admin Experience/Skills Required:
 
  • You have a HS diploma/GED and your college degree is preferred.
  • You have 2+ years of experience as an Executive Admin or similar role.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • You have exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • You have strong written/verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • You can work independently and as part of a team.
  • You can maintain confidentiality/exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Temp to Perm
START DATE: asap, pending interviews
PAY RANGE: $24-$28/hr.
HOURS: Full-time, M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
DRESS CODE: Business casual
