Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary contact between prospective residents and the community.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key referral sources.
  • Greet and welcome prospective residents and families to the community; respond to inquiries and conduct both in-person and virtual visits as needed.
  • Display initiative, persistence, and follow through capabilities while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Use your creative skills to plan and execute marketing events targeted for potential residents and referral sources.
  • Participate in weekly/monthly sales calls to collaborate with key team members.

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, empathy, and high energy.
  • Strong sales background. Senior housing experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field or a minimum of two years administrative experience in a fast-paced, preferably sales, environment. College degree strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and knowledge of CRM database management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple simultaneous assignments while maintaining a commitment to deadlines.
  • Maintains a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs and schedules of prospects. This may require evening and weekend availability to accommodate move-in dates.
