  • Ensure products are prepared to specifications.
  • Mix, bake, fry, fill, and decorate a variety of specialty bakery and pastry items.
  • Wrap, package, label and merchandise product.
  • Stage product for shipment to stores.
  • Load and unload ovens, cool and de-pan product.
  • Complete and track shipments by entering quantities shipped into computer system.
  • Prepare special orders to ensure guest specifications are met.
  • Identify daily production needs.
  • Assist bakers.
  • Clean and sanitize department including equipment, work areas, containers and utensils.
  • Follow safe food handling and personal hygiene.
  • Follow safety practices.
  • Receive, rotate and store department deliveries.
  • Record all waste to ensure accurate shrink information.
  • Adhere to all Busch’s policies, practices and procedures.
  • Build strong working relationships with guests, vendors and associates.
  • Exemplify key concepts of hospitality when interacting with guests.
  • High school diploma.
  • Current certification in food safety desired.
  • Proficient culinary skills, including the ability to follow recipes, work with knives, create appealing product and determine product quality.
  • Proficient cleaning abilities to meet sanitation and visual standards.
