  • Receive and verify product department deliveries.
  • Rotate and date product following FIFO procedures.
  • Store all product to ensure food safety standards.
  • Return wrong or damaged product.
  • Load and unload crescores.
  • Keep coolers, freezers and storage areas clean and organized.
  • Clean and sanitize department, equipment and work areas.
  • Assist production staff.
  • Assist with the staging of product for shipment to stores.
  • Follow safe food handling and personal hygiene practices.
  • Follow safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout of equipment.
  • Adhere to all Busch’s policies, practices and procedures.
  • Build strong working relationships with guests, vendors and associates.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • Previous production, receiving or stocking experience desired.
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal and listening skills.
  • Proficient cleaning abilities to meet sanitation and visual standards.
