The Role:
We are looking for a growth-minded Business Administrator with a strong background in marketing to oversee our administrative operations and contribute to our marketing initiatives. As a member of our leadership team this role requires a proactive individual who embodies our core values and is committed to excellence in every task.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with an outsourced marketing team to bring innovative marketing strategies to life, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
- Content Coordination: Work with content creators to develop marketing materials that resonate with our target audience and reflect our brand’s voice.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget, including forecasting, allocation, and expense tracking to maximize return on investment.
- Human Resources Support: Assist in the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and maintaining personnel records.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term organizational strategies and implement policies to promote company culture and vision.
- Project Management: Lead administrative projects, track progress, and report on milestones and deliverables.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements, and manage risks to the company’s assets and reputation.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with business software, including CRM systems, project management tools, and financial software
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically and strategically about marketing initiatives and their impact on the business.
- Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative Insight: A keen eye for creative quality and a pulse on current marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced business environment.
- Demonstrated experience in managing marketing campaigns and working with cross-functional teams
Work Environment:
- While we offer a flex schedule that’s largely remote (must be in the general Southeast Idaho area), there will be the opportunity for regular, local face-to-face meetings as well as regional travel
- Weekly team meetings must be in person
- Collaboration and open communication are highly valued
