Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing diagnostic tests such as audiometry, tympanometry, and otoacoustic emissions testing to determine the nature and extent of patients' hearing loss.
  • Interpreting test results and making appropriate recommendations for treatment, such as fitting and adjusting hearing aids.
  • Providing counseling and education to patients and their families on hearing loss, noise protection, and communication strategies.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as otolaryngologists and speech-language pathologists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Staying updated with the latest advancements in audiology by attending conferences and completing continuing education courses.

Requirements:
