CSfC Subject Matter Expert

- Provide expert advice and guidance on the design, implementation, and management of CSfC capabilities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for CSfC architectures, configurations, and procedures.
- Conduct technical evaluations and assessments of technologies and products for potential CSfC application.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and ensure compliance with National Security Agency (NSA) CSfC policies and guidelines.
- Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of CSfC-related issues, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and changes in CSfC policies to advise on future technology investments and strategy.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and other professional development activities to enhance expertise in CSfC and related technologies.
- Design and Implementation: Develop secure communication solutions using CSfC-approved components, ensuring they meet operational requirements and NSA guidelines.
- Policy and Compliance: Monitor compliance with CSfC policies, conducting regular reviews and audits of systems and processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with technology vendors, internal teams, and government agencies to align CSfC solutions with broader security objectives.
- Technical Leadership: Serve as the go-to expert for all CSfC-related inquiries, providing leadership and guidance to technical teams on best practices and innovative solutions.
- Deep knowledge of CSfC policies, components, and configuration requirements.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing secure communication systems using CSfC components.
- Strong understanding of network security principles, encryption technologies, and secure architecture design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar.
- CSfC-specific training or certification is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred.
- Must possess an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on secure communications and CSfC technologies.
