Job DescriptionJob Description

Role Overview:

Deal Specialist is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the sales department by capturing the details of each deal executed.  This will include deal scanning, used car folder, dealership swaps, off-street purchases, and Title delay logs.  As well as the process of stocking in vehicles.  This role requires attention to detail, positive and professional communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:  Monday – Friday 8am - 5pm with occasional Saturdays based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bust, scan and ship deal paperwork as needed and organize as per PMG standards.
  • Write Receipts for customer downpayments.
  • Assist F&I with any additional information required by lenders to fund the deals.
  • Process rebates and sales incentives with factories.
  • Issue purchase orders for the sales department.
  • Stock in new inventory from the factory.
  • Work with inventory control to process dealer swaps and off-street purchases.
  • Follow Up on Trade Titles and log results daily
  • Organize wholesale titles to be shipped to CAO weekly.
  • Assist with cashier coverage as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with GM and CAO team.
  • Ensure that department metrics and goals are met.
  • Provide excellent internal and external relationship skills
  • Assist with the registering of vehicles on a as needed basis

Key Attributes:

  • Have excellent time management skills.
  • Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals.
  • Must be able to problem solve any sales department discrepancies.

 

Experience Requirements:

  • Computer and communication skills must be at an intermediate level.
  • Employees must have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Employee must be able to read, write, understand and speak English.
