Job DescriptionJob Description

RideNow Powersports is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment, selling a wide range of powersports products.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting the right powersports products based on their needs and preferences
  • Guide customers through the sales process, including negotiating prices, securing financing, and coordinating deliveries
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond

Requirements

  • Prior sales experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Knowledge of powersports products and a passion for the industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with financing options and the ability to assist customers in securing financing
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings
  • High school diploma or equivalent
