We are searching for a people-oriented, focused, and sales driven team member for our Outside Sales position at our Pocatello location

As an Outside Sales Representative you will be responsible for building strong business relationships with current and future customers. Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation related to sales plans, call reports, and sales packets is key for success in this position. Uncapped commissions and earning potential The estimated pay range for this position is $90,000 +.

A typical day might include the following:

  • Visit prospects and customers on jobsites and offices to identify needs and assess interests.
  • Explain the variety of equipment available through sales presentations and prepare quotes for customers.
  • Develop and organize strategies for achieving goals and exceeding quota in rentals and sales of equipment.
  • Remain abreast of market conditions, including fleet mix and pricing of local competitors.
  • Contact prospective customers via phone and email, daily cold-calling and jobsite calls are required.

Qualifications:

  • Prior inside or outside sales experience is required, within the rental industry experience is a plus.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have a driving record in good standing
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and an ability to learn rental software
  • Ability to commit to a drug-free workplace.

Who we are

Pro Rentals and Sales is an affiliate of REIC, a fast growing, elite equipment rental company specializing in general rental, earth moving and specialty equipment rentals. We currently have over 30 locations in seven states and operate under several brand names including Midway Rental, Pro Rentals and Sales, Excavator Rental Services, Black Mountain Rental, and Aim High Equipment Rentals.
