Responsibilities:- Participate in an intensive 12-month training program to become a Finance Manager.
- Work closely with our finance team to learn all aspects of the finance and insurance department.
- Assist customers with their financing and insurance needs during training.
- Secure financing for customers through various lenders.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Proven track record as a top-performing Sales Associate in the automotive industry.
