· Personneeds to have a solid Core JAVA background with Scrum Methodology.

· Anyonethat is certified Scrum Master is a huge plus Will spend 25% of time hands-oncoding and the rest leading the team in Scrum meetings and 2 weeks sprints.

JobDescription:

· PossessCertifications in Agile/Scrum is a big plus but we need hands on experience.

· Aminimum of 12-14 years of experience leading technical projects.

· Possessminimum 4 years⿿ experience as an Application Lead / Architect.

· Wellversed with the Design Patterns and implement them while architecting newsolutions.

· Hands-onexperience in application setups and testing unit/integration/user acceptance.

· Experiencein creating documentation to support analysis and implementation for allaspects of the Product Development.

· Excellentcommunication and customer interaction skills.

· Maintainhigh understanding of Dignity and Diversity in the workplace.

· Flexibleand mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.

· StrongDomain, Business Communication and Soft Skills.

· Abilityof talking to Customers, Onsite Co-coordinators, High Profile Business Usersand Business Analysts.

· Abilityto drive Projects and providing Effort Estimates.

· Abilityof building and handling a team
