Our founder, Dr. Rollins, wanted to create a product that would bring the IV bag home to his wife when she was going through breast cancer. He used his experience in the hospital tailoring IV bags to his patients needs, to create BIOLYTE, the first IV in a bottle. BIOLYTE is on the hunt for a detail-oriented marketing professional to continue to grow BIOLYTE’s brand. This person’s three primary responsibilities are as follows: Support the development and lead execution of 360-degree brand marketing plans that align with BIOLYTE’s brand goals, grow awareness and increase product usage Ensure all marketing campaigns are planned, communicated and executed on-brand, on-budget, on-time and without error Oversee the analysis of marketing data to extract actionable insights and enhance marketing strategies This individual will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Definition of Success: Grow BIOLYTE’s brand awareness, increase revenue in key retail markets, and build brand love through strategic marketing plans informed by consumer and product insights Responsibilities: Support the development and lead execution of 360-degree brand marketing plans that align with BIOLYTE’s brand goals, grow awareness and increase product usage Manage and/or liaise with BIOLYTE’s agency partners (ie creative, media and public relations) to support brand marketing initiatives Work closely with our agency partners to ensure creative development is executed on-brand and accurate Lead public relations agency relationship to maximize earned media, company awards and thought leadership opportunities Ensure all marketing campaigns are planned, communicated and executed on-brand, on-budget, on-time and without error Collaborate with sales team to support retail growth and promotions Develop and implement engaging social media content strategies aimed at fostering community engagement and strengthening brand loyalty Direct the daily workflow and creative project management based on marketing calendar Oversee the analysis of marketing data to extract actionable insights and enhance marketing strategies Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives Continuously refine customer segmentation strategies based on data analysis and market trends to optimize marketing efforts Qualifications Traits: Creative, organized, keen attention to detail, agile, team player, story teller Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field 5+ years of relevant work experience; agency experience is

highly preferred 3+ years of experience within CPG industry required; beverage experience
