As a Parts Counter Person, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking automotive parts and accessories. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in identifying and obtaining the parts they need, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. You will work closely with our service department and maintain an organized inventory to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers promptly, both in person and over the phone, with parts inquiries and orders.
- Utilize parts catalogs and computer systems to identify the correct parts for customer needs.
- Provide accurate information on parts availability, pricing, and specifications.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
