Looking for a job in a professional environment with an awesome doctor?

We’re hiring a part-time two days a week (Thursday & Friday) with a possibility to grow, a dental hygienist who can help us provide incredible dental care to each of our patients

Private Practice, No Corporate, no PPO's

This role is perfect for someone who loves to care for people and is highly attuned to detail. If you have a passion for educating people about the importance of dental health and are looking to grow your career in dental hygiene, we need to talk. Apply today

Compensation:

$64 - $67 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Record any changes to the patient’s health history and document the ongoings of each appointment
  • Disinfect all dental instruments to ensure cross-contamination does not occur
  • Assist dentists with determining the best treatment plan for all kinds of dental diseases
  • Identify dental issues such as periodontitis, gingivitis, or cavities so they can be treated as soon as possible
  • Prevent tooth decay by providing a thorough dental cleaning and applying protective sealants, such as fluoride
  • Make patients feel at ease and taken care of before, during, and after the appointment
  • Help patients achieve optimal preventive care at home
Qualifications:
  • Superb customer service and communication skills
  • Associate’s degree and certification in dental hygiene program required, higher levels of education are highly valued
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in dental hygiene
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Possesses a state license to practice dental hygiene
  • Local anesthesia certified preferred
  • Nitrous Oxide Administration certificate prefrred.
