Job Title: Multi-Site Maintenance Technician

Reports to: Property Manager

Property: The Abigail Senior Apartments is a 60-unit senior development with Restricted-access entry, Free surface parking, Fitness Center, Community room, and Craft room. The Edmond Senior Apartments is a 40-unit senior development with Fitness Center, On-site Parking, Business Center, In-Unit Washer & Dryer. Walnut Park Apartments is a 72-unit multifamily development with Restricted-access entry, Community Room, Fitness Center, Business Center, Free Bike Storage, and a Tot Lot.

Essential Duties:

  • Perform general punch requirements
  • Grounds and equipment upkeep
  • Snow removal
  • Basic service requests such as: Replacing lightbulbs/light kits, Unclogging toilets, Garbage disposal installation/repair, Basic water heater repair, Basic cleaning and resident services
  • Repairing plumbing, appliance, electrical, and carpentry
  • Qualified candidates must possess adequate proficiency and communication skills to deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain work order systems, logs, and other records as needed
  • Timely reporting of incidents that include property loss or work-related injuries
  • On-call duty and weekend work schedules to be expected to emergency maintenance service
Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • HVAC & EPA certifications preferred but not required
  • 0-2 years’ Experience in Property Management Maintenance
  • Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and provide own vehicle for travel between apartment communities (mileage paid)
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check
  • Must be able to work with moderate to minimal direct supervision
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment while remaining conscientious and adhering to policies and procedures
  • Good human relation skills demonstrating the ability to deal with Residents, Peers, and Supervisors
  • Must be comfortable using a computer and a smartphone.
