Job DescriptionJob Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Home Attendant to join our team You will be directly working with a patient, following a one-on-one care plan in the patient home. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patient with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, cars, adjusting diapers
  • Care for patient by changing bed linens, light cleaning, assisting with personal care and light cooking
  • Build relationships with the patient by conversing
Qualifications
  • Prior experience preferred
  • Drivers license required
  • Bilingual is a must, Spanish/English
8 hours/day
