We are currently looking for Maintenance Mechanics to join New Leaf LLC.
Job Summary
Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment by performing the duties outlined below.
Major Job Responsibilities/Duties
- Observes mechanical equipment in operation to locate causes of trouble.
- Diagnoses equipment failures and provide recommendations for proper repair course of action.
- Dismantles equipment to remove and replace defective parts.
- Adjusts functional parts of equipment and control instruments.
- Ensure that all equipment complies with OEMs and Regulatory Agencies operating standards, Ensures proper equipment lubrication in compliance with OEMs lubrication schedule.
- Follows Preventive Maintenance Work Order procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Educational Background
- Technical school preferred
Job Related Experience
- 1 year minimum mechanical repair related experience in a heavy industrial setting or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; and outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to high, precarious places and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
