Job Summary

System One is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment and machinery
  • Analyze and troubleshoot equipment issues to identify root causes
  • Disassemble and reassemble machinery and equipment using power and hand tools
  • Complete preventative maintenance requirements on pumps, motors, pneumatic tools, electrical systems, and production machines
  • Work with operations to continuously improve team performance
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years maintenance work experience
  • Knowledge of VFDs, PLCs, and HMI interfaces
  • Ability to fabricate and work with metal
  • Welding, erecting, and creating skills
  • Able to troubleshoot 12v to 480v systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to run manual Mill, Lathe, and Surface grinder
