What We Are Looking For

• A Director to provide leadership to the pre-construction activities of Lighthouse including but not limited to estimating, scheduling, planning, 3D modeling, purchasing, fabrication, logistics.
• Someone to develop and coordinate department strategy, aligning with the strategy and goals of the organization, by partnering with other departments such as Project Management, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, and Planning.
• Someone to build systems and processes to unify the company’s Build Process
• Someone to support Business Development efforts, specifically to educate customers on the company’s product offerings.
• Someone who has a history of building a team through people development and recruiting and hiring
• Someone with an ability to drive construction productivity
• Someone who understands multi-trade construction sequencing
• Someone with a tenacity to achieve results, regardless of external pressure
• Someone with electrical contracting experience, preferred
• Someone who can stay ahead of current technology trends and industry-specific advances and incorporate changes into the organization as needed
• 5+ years of construction estimating experience required
• 5+ years of directly managing a team required

• Total comp package $140-200k/year DOE
