We are currently hiring for an energetic and focused Clinical Relations Liaison to join our Joyce University team. The Clinical Relations Liaison will support and develop necessary partnerships and resources to ensure quality clinical opportunities and relationships are in place for our students. They will assist in identifying new clinical partnerships and help to maintain current partner sites. This position can be either on our local Draper, UT campus or remote with regular travel to states where we enroll students.

WHAT YOU DO EVERYDAY:
- Identify clinical partnerships and maintain relationships with existing partners
- Assist in maintaining accurate and organized affiliation agreements and documentation required for clinical placements
- Communicate with clinical partners in a professional and timely manner through email, virtual, and in person interaction.
- Maintain and update clinical contact information as necessary
- Collaboration with Clinical Administration team for site communications and partner requests.
- Collaborating with legal team to conduct Affiliation Agreements with new partners.[CS1]
- Seek opportunities[CS2] to enhance clinical partner relationships including collaboration with other Joyce teams.
- Coordinating events as necessary
- Travel required for offsite meetings and occasional delivery of materials to clinical partners/instructors
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information to databases
- Use of systems such as Word, Excel, Adobe, Zoom, and ASANA
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Required education: Associates degree
- Preferred education: Bachelors degree
- Preferred experience: 2-3 years in an academic setting
