As a Membership Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in attracting new clients and promoting our services. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and providing them with information about our membership options and benefits. Your goal will be to convert leads into memberships by effectively communicating the value of our services and addressing any questions or concerns potential clients may have.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, local events, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and goals.
  • Provide information about our membership options, benefits, and pricing.
  • Address and overcome potential client objections or concerns.
  • Track and follow up on leads to ensure timely conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of fitness and wellness industry trends.
